Welcome to the home of the Reflexology Association of Connecticut (RACT).
Our website is a resource to Reflexology Professionals and to the communities in which we serve.

Reflexology is a fast-growing, non-invasive complementary therapy. Reflexology involves the use of thumb and finger techniques to apply alternating pressure to reflexes found on the feet, hands and outer ears. Reflexology benefits the whole body and is an excellent antidote to stress and stress related conditions. Check out our FAQ page for more information and how Reflexology can help you.
Click on our Practitioner Referral page to locate a qualified practitioner in your area. RACT members adhere to strict Standards of Practice and support our Code of Ethics. Many of our members host introductory classes or "Lunch & Learn" classes on the many benefits of Reflexology. Visit our Calendar of Events page often to find healthy happenings. |
Membership in RACT is open to Professional Reflexologists, Reflexology students,
and those who support our endeavor. We sponsor continuing educational workshops, community awareness events, and programs of interest to all who embrace a healthier lifestyle.
